Dr. Arne Rubinstein is an internationally recognized expert on Rites of Passage and adolescent development. He has been running programs for teenagers and delivering cutting-edge leadership trainings in Australia and internationally for over 20 years.

In this interactive presentation Dr. Arne will look at the latest transformational facilitation programs being developed and their role in supporting our youth and the growth of Rites of Passage internationally. He will also discuss the links that have been created by organizations such as The Ojai Foundation, outlining how these networks have created a framework that is now being used in schools, communities, and organizations around the world.

Dr. Arne Rubinstein is a medical doctor, workshop facilitator, and speaker. His leadership trainings, camps, and seminars have been attended by over 25,000 people globally including CEOs and senior executives from some of Australia’s largest companies. Author of the best-seller The Making of Men, Dr. Arne has become the go-to person in Australia for advice on how to support boys to successfully make a safe, healthy transition to young men.
In 2008, he was nominated for Australian of the Year for his groundbreaking work with youth, providing much-needed answers and tools to help a generation of young men and women be happy and motivated about life.
